Merna Abdelaall

I am Merna Abdelaall, a senior undergraduate architecture student at the American University in Cairo, I view architecture as a tool for innovation, sustainability, and social impact. My academic journey has equipped me with strong problem-solving, leadership, and creative thinking skills, which I apply to forward-thinking research in sustainable design.


I have worked as an undergraduate teaching assistant in an architecture courses, refining my analytical and mentoring abilities. My research focuses on sustainable retail experiences, using methodologies such as Space Syntax and DepthmapX to analyze circulation, access, and consumer behavior. I am eager to contribute my research expertise to advancing sustainable architectural solutions that shape more eco-conscious built environments.
